You start the contest with a bankroll of 500 to wager on the Kentucky Derby, Preakness, and Belmont Stakes.
You must wager at least 100 on each race. You can make one wager or multiple wagers so long as the total amount wagered on each race is 100 or more.
Valid wagers are: Win, Place, Show, and Exacta. No trifectas, superfectas, or quinellas
Payouts: highest bankroll after all three races (1st place); next highest bankroll after all three races (2nd place); largest profit at each of the three races.
Select one major league player each week. If the player hits a home run that week, you move on to the next week. If they fail to hit a home run, you are knocked out. Once you use a player they cannot be selected again.
The contest runs for 20 weeks, through the end of the regular season.
